The caveat has been approved and i want to cause her as much hassle as possible!
I am a partner in the business but she says my fathers wishes were that i get nothing.
Can i apply anywhere so that the business stops trading and can i freeze the bank accounts etc?
I want to stop as much happening as i can until this is all resolved.

You can have an attorney file for a cease and desist order in court and with that the court can cease all activity. ~
