the car isn't driving right.... dodge durango ........?

okay. i have a i was drivin n i totally got spaced when i was makin a right turn on a busy street. my mind was on other things. so i forgot to look. there was a coming but i didn't see it n went right out in front of him. luckily he was only going bout 5 mph so he didn't honk or nothin but it scared the heck outta me n i gunned it to make sure i didn't get hit.
but after i calmed down i started noticing the car was driving weird. like i would tap on the gas like i normally would n it would jerk really hard. and the alignment felt off like at one time it kicked over and really jerked the car.
i thought there was a possibility that it was just me but when my dad was pulling outta the driveway he got out cuz he thought there was a flat.......... there wasn't
is there something really wrong with the car or will it go away?
 
check the air in your tires jack it up and hold wheel side to side shake it feel any slack something wore out or bent now hold wheel top to bottom do same shake it any slack have it look after
