I would call it Fluffy, and it would rock. Bumpers would be fan-submitted animation of awesomeness - it'd be a mini film festival!

8:00: Freakazoid!
8:30: The Tick
9:00: Invader Zim
9:30: Gintama
Gintama should probably be on later to avoid the soccer mom drama, but this is a fairly oddball line up as it is - doubt many of the younger viewers would get it, much less stick around that long to watch it.
