The Book of Eli, yet another Evil Brit ....

How, exactly, does casting a British actor prove that they are anti-English? If they were anti-English they wouldn't employ English actors.
 
It's not being anti-English. It's being unimaginative and stereotyping.

Films like this are always made with a 'domestic' audience in mind because they make the most money in North America.
 
Hey, I was more shocked when they cast Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordan in Batman Begins. Doesn't he always play bad guys?

Come on. Brits make great bad guys. I'm a 100% Brit, but even I know how cool a villain sounRAB with a nice, refined British accent!

Star Wars was the worst, of course. Not only did they have an evil Brit in Peter Cushing, but ultimate Black man, Darth Vader is voiced by James Earl Jones. Anti-English and Anti-black. All the proof is there in cinema. Just watch Chasing Amy.
