I have a HTC Hero and I have tried EVERYTHING and the bluetooth does not work at all.
I am with the network 3, I have researched it and it seems as if lots of people are having the same issue with the handset. Should I take it back to 3, but if they give me a new htc hero handset, and it has the same problem, am I entitled to get a different model of handset, but on the same contract price?
