The BEST!

im hugely offended,im interesting person and whats wrongg with my username, ive found something i like and im sticking to it,ive been told by a bunch of my frienRAB that my manga collection is good and ive chosen good titles to put in it,naruto is one of the few mangas that i really enjoy cuz its got everything in it since i watched DBZ when i was younger ive found no other anime or manga that really cheers me up

You want a manga that will cheer you up and your reading one that champions whiny bastard emo brats.

Naruto's just a bad drug you're addicted to. Not a quality comic book.

And Death Note is mediocre as well.

I got Nausicaa on my shelf, the best fiction ever, so I trump anyone in manga judgement or whatever.

This is true.

I think its awesome that ladyhinataofthehyugaclan is sticking up for Naruto. Why should there be any other reason than she loves if because it got her back into Manga. It enforced my love for anime as well.

I think all three are pretty awesome. But I prefer the the drawing in Naruto and Bleach. And I love Bleach Bleach more.

What about world wide? By looking at conventions here in Aus - it seems like Bleach, OP and Naruto are the most popular - Whereas Slam Dunk doesnt feature as much.

IMO these figures are influenced by a lot of things - like bootlegging -Bleach and Naruto are duplicated and sold cheaply everywhere (because of their popularity); and of course the internet - Bleach and Naruto (manga and anime) are the most easily accessible. They also have the biggest fan base which is shown even here in this forum by being in the 'contingency'. Of course i dont deny that OP is affected by these as well. I just think these should be taken into consideration

For the sake of Argument I'd say that most people who hate these anime's or any or 'mainstream' anime's are pretty narrow minded. They are popular for a reason, and not liking them for being popular as opposed to reasons like quality, or story or whatever does not make much sense. If you dislike them for some other that's fine, but if its just the popularity thing don't waste time spamming forums about it.
But on topic out of the three (and I have watched only portions of all three) I'd say bleach. I love me some good sword fights...mmm

The National Tournament which wasn't covered by the anime version may be part of the reason why Slam Dunk's manga is quite popular...

Here in the Phils., Naruto is probably the current most popular series... It used to Voltes V...Slam Dunk and Dragon Ball also had that during their time. These two anime series have been re-aired over and over which make me think that these series have gotten fans generations to generations..

On the topic, I like One Piece's storyline , Bleach animation & Naruto characters... Can't really choose one of the three... They seem inseparable to me...

Those figures are Japan.
Nothing you just mentioned has anything to do with anything.

One Piece is intensely more popular then the other two (especially Bleach) there.
And is quite loved around the world as well (Europe, East Asia, Latin America).

America is an exception with it's nonsensical aversion to "weird un-anime" One Piece.

But even that is changing.

And the best part?
Even if One Piece is less popular here?

This is true both ways, popularity is not a con, but it isn't a pro either.

Put me down for first 2 series of Fist Of The North Star.

From that list I'll go with Naruto because it was a top notch anime up untill the chunin exams. Seriously, it had awesome fights scenes, the jutsu's were neat concepts and it was haunting with its premise of ...well kiRAB being trained to kill.

Then it dragged. And dragged. And draaaaaaaged.

The manga is okayish for a shonen manga, punchuated with brief moments of godliness but its dragging again.

I liked one piece but I liked anything back then. Layed off it and couldn't get back into it. Nah, can't see me ever doing a 300 episode catch up but I am reading the manga. Its amusing in places with some good action sequnces (I love the panel layouts/transitions) but still no 'omg wtf moments'.
