Hey, I do downhill mountain biking obviously and I never really started like a full on training programme or anything but I do downhill'ing once a week at my local wood. I used to go jogging a lot but then I stopped and recently going to the gym. I've built quite a lot of muscle and would like to build just a little bit more but then would like to keep it not lose it. My fitness levels have dropped to a real low and I'm going to go jogging a lot more but would like to keep my muscle nice and tight, any advice on how to train to keep your muscles kind of big not massive and still have fitness levels high? Also any recommendations on what would be the best muscles to train for mountain biking, legs definitley but what works most when biking?
