could you please tell me whats the best FREE (or under GNU GPL license) PHP proxy to use.
i would like the user to submit a form containing the URL they want to go to, and the PHP proxy then fetches the webpage at that url. no fancy features needed, it just needs to get a webpage using the webserver's ip address, not your own.
By the way, the webserver is running PHP 5.2.12
