bobby brown GEL eyeliner... better than liquid b.c. it won't wear out when u sweat
 
Get Almay, it's a white and black tube thingy. It's water proof and smugeproof. I have tennis every day and it lasts all day even through it. When I run a mile and get sweaty it's still there. It works really goood. I believe it's like 7 and change, but it's deffinatley worth it.
 
Whats the best eyeliner that doesnt smear?
ok so like when its a hot day out or when i sweat or when i play sports my eyeliner gets all smudgy and it smears all over! i look like a dork and i dont even know it! its really terrible.....so what kind of eyeliner do i use and a kind that is less than $8. yea i know im cheap but whatever.

please help!
