Just watched Live from the Red Carpet on E. Ruby Wax is insane but she did get better. I wish we did not have to wait 2 hours to watch the recording.
It is very open this year. I wished Sideways had been nominated. I assume it was eligible

Great Night

I am glad I was wrong about Sideways

A way of life is brilliant as was My summer of Love.
These 2 were not shown in many places but I glad I got to see them and they were recognized as great films.
Even the Orange Film of the year as voted by the British Public was good. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the best of the 3 so far.

The BBC presentation was very good as was Stephan Fry. I was flicking between this and the Screen Actors Guild AwarRAB on Living so I got to see the stars who were missing tonight.

I think Martin Scorsese should have got the best director award although Mike Leigh is a great director is other movies were better than this one, and Martin Scorseses movie The Avaitor was the best.

Any way I never understand when the Movie wins best picture but the director doesn't get the best Director award - surely if your movie is the best there then the Director should get the award for making it the best. I always find that confusing.
