The back wheel of a bicycle rotates 7 1/2 times with 1 2/3 rotations of the pedals?

Write the ratio of back wheel to pedal rotations in simplest form.

The fractions in words are seven and one half and the second fraction is one and two thirds. Just in case there is some confusion on how I wrote them ;)
