I'm a sprinter and whenever I do warmups im fine. Then once I hit the track in spikes to sprint BAM the back outside of my knee hurts... Ill try to explain it better. If you look at your knee and then go to the lowest point on it and move diagonally to the outside of your calf theirs like a little bump below the knee. When I run my finger over it theirs like a tendon that connects from the front of that bone to the back, and it hurts when I run... It feels like it may be connected to my calf muscle... ANyways, does any know what it is ? and how to fix it? ( looks like it may be the lateral collateral. I looked at a diagram, but it was sorta confusing)
