The Author Jane Yolen harassed me over the internet?

Depends. What do you want to do?

Can you prove it was Jane Yolen? Did you harass her first? Can you prove that it was, legally, harassment?

You have to provide answers to all those questions before anyone can even think about giving you a decent answer, unless of course you will be satisfied with "See a lawyer about it" as an answer.
 
Who is she,was she in her right and who are you and what have you done...if its really insulting stuff then make a complaint,I mean legally...have her stopped her actions
