It doesn't matter what kind of shoes I wear the arches of my feet hurt. I have a pair of Nike Air shoes I wear for walking on the treadmill (and yes they are made for walking), I have a pair of Sketchers boots that I wear for work, and then I have two pairs of Nike Air shoes that I wear for everything else. I have used the Gel Inserts on all these shoes, but nothing seems to be helping. I did change the Gel Inserts in my shoes that I wear for the treadmill, that seems to help a little bit, but its the rest that still hurt me. Maybe I need to go see a foot doctor or my regular doctor?
