it's only in my left foot. it always has a strange feeling in it. and the only way of relieving the feeling is putting pressure on it. any clue on what could be wrong with it? it is a really un comfortable feeling. often keeps me up at night.it feels good to point my toes upward and rub really hard on my arch. it relieves it for about 10 seconds then it comes back
