Do you think the panel were a bit unfair towards Stuart last night ? Okay is is a complete t0sser with a lot of growing up to do and you would never tire of punching him in the face but at least he did something . He wasn't a good leader and he made bad decisions but at least he made decisions , at least he tried .
Sandeesh has been weak from day one , she has shown herself to be lazy , uncommitted , incapable of making decisions and more than ready to pass the back . She's a prime example of what is wrong with management in the UK , I quote "I decided that I should take a strategic role and delegate" or in over words , I decided to make everyone else do all my work , not make any decisions and blame everyone else when it goes wrong . Her level of stupidity was shown when she brought Liz ( the strongest candidate in her team and one of the strongest over all ) into the board room .
