details? The ANZ Bank called my place of employment and discussed with a work colleague my banking details then ended the conversation by saying to her I needed to be responsible for my account and that I should call them asap.
I have never been more humiliated or embarrassed nor has my work colleague, of course I called and reported this complete Breech of Privacy on investigation they admitted liability and have made an offer to me in writing of $250 conveying that the staff member was still in training and that they were taking immediate action to ensure this did not happen again. I guess I should accept the money and get over it but I feel violated and insulted by their offer, advice please.
