Gauntlet? I understand that Thanos is easily invincible with the IG, and that the IG can hinder Amazo's copying powers. However, if....and I mean IF Amazo first encountered Thanos, he would actually be able to copy his powers. I also understand that Thanos has his massive intellegence, but I don't think it would have helped him predict that Amazo's coming for him. Amazo can also travel through time(thanks to copying the android Hourman's powers), change reality, and continue to evolve and grow more powerful, as well as gain great amounts of knowledge. So I'm betting on Amazo IF he can copy at first encounter.
