Series 17 started last week in the US. Cant believe its lasted so long and yet has never had a decent time slot in the UK (Living normally show episides at 6am) or the format picked up by BBC or ITV.
Anyway, S17E01 was extended (1h30m) and the 11 teams of 2 headed to Heathrow and on to Stone Henge. I wonder if anyone saw this recorded earlier this year. Hard to miss as they all seemed to have problems driving with a manual gear stick causing some cars to breakdown in traffic and others getting lost on the motorways.
 
ITV did pick the show up for a UK version (the Race) on ITV 2 sadly it was rubbish.

As for Living they showed the first 9 series back to back weeknights at 9pm on Living 2 then showed them again every Monday at 9pm before moving it about the schedule.

The show was also trialed on Challenge where it found a loyal audience at 8am and later 10am weekends after being shunted from the 7pm weekday slot without any warning.

Challenge also showed series 9 for a 4th time in the 1pm weekend slot a few months later.

This is the kind of show i would love to see on the new look Challenge in a regular primetime slot i think it would do well.
