The AEGIS combat / missle defense system. What's the core programming lanuage that is implemented used to control and monitor the entire AEGIS system, ship-to-ship, and a self-contained naval vessel. Is the programming language C / C++ and/or Java? Is there high-level programing + low level assemply? I'm curious. I hope math and enginerring minds might know something about this...do you?

Do any engineering / comp sci heads know the answer? Thanks!
