the ab lounge..?

i just got an ab lounge and i was wondering if it even works.. i tried it last night and it didn't really feel like it was doing anything.. kind of fun actually.. haha.. has anyone used it and actually seen results..? and if so, how long and how often do you need to use it..? thanks!

sorry to say..but you baught a piece or crap! it's expensive if you keep it for over 30 days, and it does nothing for your abs.
