Yes it's unhealthy, I honestly don't care.
I've tried to go on it but on the third day, I always over eat.
And on the 4th day I binge.
How do I go through with that diet for 10 days without failing?
YES I KNOW:
you will gain back the weight
there are healthier ways
you can lose it by healthy diet and fitniess
BUT I DON'T CARE because that's not my question, my question is how can I go through with it without caving in?
For those that don't know the diet:
day 1: 200 calories
day 2: 400 calories
day 3: 600 calories
day 4: 800 calories
day 5: 200 calories
day 6: 400 calories
day 7: 600 calories
day 8: 800 calories
and you go on like that overa nd over again
