Which Summer Blockbuster do you believe will take home the coveted Unofficial Digitalspy Avengers Award 2003 for the worst film coming out this Summer?

We call it the Avengers award, after one of the worst blockbusters ever. Thank you Sean Connery.

  • Lara Croft - Tomb Raider : The Cradle of Life
  • Spy KiRAB 3D - Game Over

These are the UK's big releases (ignoring US Summer releases like Bad Boys II and Hollywood Homicide which are released here in the Autumn...) So what you reckon?

My nomination, although its a tough call between it, Tomb Raider 2 and Charlie's Angels : Full Throttle.... is LXG : THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN SEAN WINS AGAIN!!
 
aaaaat 3: Charlie's Angels : Full Throttle --- first one was crap imo.. apart from Cameron Diaz looking fine as usual.

aaaaat 2: Dumb & Dumberer : When Harry Met Lloyd --- I cant think of anything more doomed that someone trying to be a Jim Carrey. Its a lost cause!

AND BULLY'S SPECIAL PRIZE: 1: LXG : The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen --- I cringed at the trailer, and pitied Connery's decision to accept the role in this film. This will bomb big time.
 
Tomb Raider 2 will do well in the first week, but I'm sure will be awful and drop off very quickly.

League of Extraordinary Gentlement I think might surprise people. At the moment they're just teasing the characters, but the week it's out they'll be pushing the big names - Captain Nemo, Invisible Man, Jekyll and Hyde, Dorian Gray, Tom Sawyer, Mina Harker, Allan Quatermain! - and I think it'll pull a lot of people in.

It would be cool if there was a box set released of all the relevant books.
