I was talking to my wife about this singing italian chef who was my
favorite when I was 12-14 . He made me want to cook now im almost
similar. Can anyone remember his name.his show was on in the afternoon I
believe discovery channel.

Possibly Pasquale Carpino who was known as the Singing Chef. He had a
couple of TV shows out of Canada called Pasquale's Kitchen and
Pasquale's Kitchen Express.
He may not have been Caruso but, he did study opera at the Royal
Conservatory of Music.
