You can't see it by looking right at your posts. If you go on the toolbar where the Calendar and the Rules/FAQ links are, you'll also see a link called User CP. Click on that, and then click on "User Control Panel" itself. You'll be taken to the screen that shows all the rep you've given/received.

Simple as that.

Poop in your pants, and throw them onto your neighbors lawn. When he/she goes to pick it up and realizes there's poop in them, take a picture. Capture the moment. Post it here, and I will pos rep you.
