i don't know what happened officer. I was just sitting here, minding my own business, when this guy runs around the corner and runs into my fists 18 times. he did it to himself, honest!
 
it depends on where I was...If I was walking around a place where somebody who randomly beats the shit out of people lives....then yes it would be my fault because I would be dumb enough to do that....he knew there was a killer dog living next door enyet he still felt it was safe to let his lil puppy out side...and how his dog is paying for his owners stupidity...why dont you check your logic befor you start BITCHING at me about mine.

To topic creator, it's your fault your dog was hurt. Yes, your neighbors shouldn't have their dog in your yard, but you said it had a name for attackign dogs. You have a puppy. You let it outside unwatched.

Hmmm....I solved my "neighbor's aggressive dog" problem by accidently parking my car on the dog...All I said was I didn't see the dog on the side walk...I was let off the hook. LOL, that dog had it coming, jumped our fence and chased my little sister, bit my mom, regularly jumps the fence and shits in our yard, barks until 6 in the morning. So, one day, I was driving back home from school, I saw the dog lose, so I slightly turned my wheel and BAM! Bye Bye "neigbhbor's aggressive dog." Yea...Im going to hell.
 
Ok, everyone jut breath. It is hard to point the blame in one direction with this siduation it seems. Maybe he shouldn't have had his puppy outside with a vicious dog outsdie, but a puppy needs to run around outiside. It's a puppy! That's what they do. However I don't fully understand the situation. Was the puppy in your yard? Was it fenced in? Was your little brother out there watching the puupy or just found it all beaten up? There is no question that the neighbour's dog should be put down regardless of whose "fault" it is. 7 times is more than enough evidance to put it down. I'm just curious why it hasn't been out down earlier.
 
I had a chihuahua (sp?),it was a 3 yo "toy" chihuahua,and it got in a fight with a White German Sherpard/Husky Wolf female dog,they got in a fight over about 5 pieces of dog food,and basically the chihuahua got properly pwned by a dog 10 times it size,the end result a chihuahua with a front leg that wont move and a Husky with a 10 bullet-clip from my uncles AK in its skull,fair enough.
 
I feel really sorry for your puppy man. I hope that aggressive dog gets the shit kicked out of it sometime(if it hasn't been already).
 
Fuck man. geezus...... If I was there when it was happening Id take the big dog to the ground fucking knock his teeth out. I dont care if I get bitten, Id take him down, get his teeth out so next time he wants to take a bite at a puppy he would think twice.

i'd feel like shit after cause i love dogs... so id go to the owner, and Id tell him WHAT THE FUCK are you doing to the dog that he is so aggresive. I dont know man..... but yea that mean dog he needs a lesson, and you gotta have the right person or even bigger dog to teach it. unfortunately i doubt there will be anyone like that, theyll just put him to sleep.

Dogs are like us. There are plenty of assholes and if they dont get told their boundaries theyll do as they please.
