His 8120 came yesterday and I couldn't get UMA to show up on the home screen and I am pretty good at setting up BB's now, so I called TMO BB help and we found out that the sim card was bad. I went to my local TMO and they replaced my husbands and mine for free. We had been using the same sim cards since 2002. They were awesome about it. Got home and bam, UMA came up. TMO you did it again and made us very happy. Thanks again!
