Thank You T-Mobile!

They sent me to the retention department, I did not speak with customer care, and we have been with them since 2002. I told the rep that I was tired of my husband trying to use my 8120 all the time and could I get him one of his own for the price that I paid for mine. Then we talked about the weather and the 4th of July and how I love TMO and he just came out and said, Ok, I'll do it for you this time because you are loyal customers.

I just wanted to let TMO customers know that you can still get great deals even if you are not even close to a new upgrade date.
 
I was accidentally connected to the BB technical department and they tried to help me, but couldn't get the price I wanted and they transferred me there. But, when you call the c/s line and the recording asks you what you are calling about, just say retention and you should be transferred there.
 
wow! i just got my 8120 last month for $150? wonder if i can talk my way into getting a good price on a curve...i would think the prices would be dropping since there are some new releases planned for the end of the year right?? any TMO reps out there??? i don't need the newest device...i just really want to try out a curve...lol
 
is anyone really good with SK LX cause im having a problem with it with themes and stuff. everytime i add a ton of themes to my mini sd card. only 1 theme shows up. anyone know how to fix this?

One bummer part was I was denied the rebates even though I renewed the contract. They said you had to wait 11 mo's in order to get another rebate. Oh well, at least I did get a good price on all of them.
 
For real, I have come close to going over my minutes the past few months. I just called CS up and ask for a few extra minutes, and they offered 200 minutes, per line. T-MO is the best!!!
