They sent me to the retention department, I did not speak with customer care, and we have been with them since 2002. I told the rep that I was tired of my husband trying to use my 8120 all the time and could I get him one of his own for the price that I paid for mine. Then we talked about the weather and the 4th of July and how I love TMO and he just came out and said, Ok, I'll do it for you this time because you are loyal customers.
I just wanted to let TMO customers know that you can still get great deals even if you are not even close to a new upgrade date.
