I have had this error. Somkewtimes after adding new software, sometimes after updating my Avantgo or Epocrates wirelessly. Not sure how to get rid of it. It always seems to end up with a hard reset and relaoding or else ( I hope you back up your palm) restoring from an older back up. I'd recommend the latter course. Its less trouble than reloading and re-inputting your registration numbers
