Today I decided to text for a free ringtone from a movie website. It said, text "insert name" to 20fox. So I did that and received my reply via text saying to click on the link shown in the display to receive the ringtone.
So I clicked on the link and I got a message saying something along the lines that the link is not compatible with my phone.
So I read up online about some different methods of sending ringtones and one was WAP to text. It described the method I did, enter text number to send to with text. It said some phones/carrier will not work. So I assume the Nokia E62 won't.
So as an alternative on this website is said to see if there is a way to have it sent to MMS as an attachment instead of sending a link or save to PC and transfer myself with a data cable.
I guess my question is... Is there something I can do for my E62 so if I want to send a text requesting something, I can receive it via the link sent back?
