The messages sent while in Mexico are on a pay per use basis:
Messages received come out of your messaging plan. Since you have the unlimited messaging plan, there would be no charges for incoming messages. If you had either the 200 message or 1000 message plans, you would pay the prices above for received messages once you use up your allowance.
