Text Messaging Help

Hi I just recently got the LG Voyager from Verizon and so far I love it. There is only one problem with it. I have the unlimited text messaging plan and I cant recieve texts from anyone with AT&T service. Whenever they try and text me they get an error on their phone saying Error Invalid Phone Number please use a 10 digit number. I can receive texts from everyone else except my friends with AT&T. I called Verizon and theyre still working on it. Any suggestions on what i can do to fix it? Thankss

i would think it's a at&n problem, but you stated that verizon tech said their working on it, so i assume its a verizon system problem. What that said, there's not much you could do.

IF you ported your number over to VZW it may take 3 to 5 days for other carrier msging to work for you due to routing issues with bring the numbre over. IF you have this problem any longer than that, call technical support to have a trouble ticket opened.

True that, and do follow up...They screw ported numbers up big time.

I didnt port my number over i got a whole new everything but thanks for the help guys

Problem Fixed Guys Thanks for your help. If anyone has the same problem call Customer Service and they will fix it.
