Text Message Error!!!!!!!

Ok....someone sent me a text message and it says there is a error opening the text message...however i cant delete it!!!!! How do i delete it??? The mail symbol is stuck on my i860 and its drivin me insane!!! Also, has anyone else had delays with texts lately??? How do i delete the message??
 
My text messaging takes over 3 hours before i recieve anything. I usually get about 10 messages at like 6 in the mourning (12 hours from when they where sent).
