Text -> HTML Translator?

Is there any program that allows an edited text to be "translated" to html language? As in: I write on word, put the colors, pictures besides text or in the middle and all that... And then I want to see what all those changes I did look like in html language, so it would be easier to just copy-paste that code into a web design program.
