I wanted to have a Halloween party at my rent house. I am only to turn 21 literally right before halloween and the party. Pretty much everyone I invited is under the age of 21 and there WILL be alcohol there. The landlord knows about the party and she actually lives next door. I just don't want to get trouble if the cops get called. Most of the people ive talked to just said If anything I would get a noise violation nothing more than that. Any suggestions!? PLEASE
