Texas long trail hiking and camping?

Me and few friends are planning a hiking trip in Texas. We have a few things we're looking for:
-long trail (30-50 miles)
- camping along (or close to) the trail
- a water source (river or lake)
- somewhere you hike in to, not just camping with little 2 or 3 mile trails around it

the experience we want is something like this: we hike 10-15 miles the first day to a sutible
campsite, camp out, hike 20 or so the next day, camp out at a NEW spot, and hike and or camp our way back. A loop would be nice but backtracking is fine to.

We're looking for a place in central Texas but at this point we'll take just about anything.

I've been looking at the Hill Country State Natural Area. Has anyone hiked there? How was it? Length? Water? Camping? Solitude?
Any help is greatly appretiated!
