I have the first Droid, and about 2 days ago I got an update on the phone. and now it allows me to tether on it to get internet Access on my computer from my mobile network. So I pay 30bucks extra for email and web on the phone...so I figure it wouldn't do any harm to just try it out. but i thought again and Verizon will try and charge you extra for any LITTLE thing. so I called Verizon and I ask them about this "Tethering" verizon said that the feature was not supported and I was like its on my hand held device, so how is it not? So he told me if i do decide to use the feature i will probably get charged for it.. Probably wasn't answering my questions! so does anyone have this tethering on the phone and has used it through verizon??? did you see extra charges? etc?
