Tethering Issue

Today, my tethered data connection to my Nokia 6275i worked for a short while then dropped. After this, all I have been getting since is "Data call ended" on the phone and something about the password being invalid for the specified domain on my windows machine. Has anyone else run into this? (Yes, send windows logon domain in the connection properties is unchecked)

Edit for exact windows error message:
"Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain"

Opera Mini on my phone itself still works. Has cricket started taking action against people who do this on their network? Maybe this is related to their new wireless broadband enterprise?

Thanks.

I inquired with Cricket and the rep said they weren't aware of any changes with the policy in terms of using your phone as a modem. He also claimed to have "refreshed" the feature on my phone. This did not help the issue.

I normally dial #777 and tried #770 out of curiosity. I get the same error with both nurabers. Could this be a local problem?

Edit: I noticed that when set to unix networking (SLIP) the connection dials properly but does not actually establish a good connection.

Edit2: Aparently it was a local issue, I tried recreating the connection and it works again. I guess I was jumping to conclusions :)

i did not actually have this problem myself, but i had reports of users experiencing the same thing on a couple of q9m's... but on device, not through tethering.
