upload 500kb/s (sometimes even 600kb/s)
Download speed used to be ~250kb/s about 3 months ago but then it looks like they set 100kb/s ceiling. Also in the past I couldn't get skype to work but it does work now (same version so same ports are being used).
What do you guys get in your area. I'm in Portland btw.
