i am 17, i still feel abit undeveloped, especially in the penis area, however i have hair everywhere i should ( not under my arms though, i have a tiny bit, not thick) but i have a tash and pubic hair, however my muscles and penis seem undeveloped, i was wondering if boosting my tesosterone levels will help aid my body to develop to its full potential, i have been recommended to do this?? will it help my penis develop. or at least give me a better chance if there is a chance of more development/growth?
