I need a method for testing for the presence of sucrose in a lab, other than the Benedict's test. Any ideas?
Thanks a lot.
Sorry, should have included in the original description that prepared/manufactured products are not allowed. It should be able to be done only with chemicals and laboratory equipment (titrations, spectroscopy, pH meters, etc.)
