Now that teams are not allowed to test during the season how do you get young drivers into the cars to test and gain experience during the season? A lot of drivers made their way into F1 after testing like Alonso with Renault (after racing for Minardi) and Massa (after a stint with Sauber). So I guess I'm wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to give new guys some experience?
