Long story short, I was having some marital problems and briefly lost my mind, i began to cut my arm. Wife called the police and they saw blood, so they took me to a psychiatric hospital. I told them I did not want to go, but they made me so I complied.
At the hospital they tested my urine and found drugs in there (illegal) the cop probably wrote this into his report. I was never formally arrested but there was a report. can whats contained in that police report be released to the government who would be doing a background check?
Also, when involuntarily committed, can you deny the urine sample? They had no grounds to hold me, I was determined to not be a risk to myself.
