I was doing the TES Oblivion(for the Xbox 360...) Thief's Guild Quest. I was going to go get the reassignment letter forged, but the Stranger wasn't there! I can't go on in the quests without the forged letter, so is there anybody who can help? It would be much appreciated. X3
