territorial army.....(scotland)?

Im going in as an air technition so will be TA REME. i was previously in the army before having my son. Is the T.A unpaid?
i have checked the MOD, its says its voluntary, doesnt that mean unpaid.

Youll enjoy the army, i wish i had managed to stay in longer

You get paid in the reserves and at the same daily rate as regular serviceman.
