terrible pain in stomach, pulled it during dance class?

last weekend i had taken a dance class, i was really sore a few days after but nothing to bad. Today i went back to the same dance class and all i did was a roll on the ground and got the sharpest pain in my lower abdomen and it burned and could not stop crying for an hour. Im not sure if i should go to the hospital or not...i cant walk or sit up i have to have people carry me. i also have been icing and using heat every 15 minutes
