Terminator 5 & 6 - "T2: Judgement Day" writer has some ideas

William Wisher, who co-wrote the first 2 Terminator films with James Cameron, has scripted a 24-page treatment & concept for Terminator 5 & 6. It definitely sounRAB like he wants "in" when it comes to future "Terminator" films. James Cameron is not involved.

This is starting to feel like a tired franchise now and neeRAB closure.

It would be amazing to get Arnie and Linda H on for one last ride-whether it will happen, who knows.

Good news is that the Terminator rights were finally sold for 29.5 million dollars from bankrupt Halcyon to the new hedge fund - Pacificor owners.

One of the original writers who helped James Cameron pen the scripts for T1 and T2 wants to get back on board and help put the franchise back on the road to basics.

Word of warning though. He is talking about re-booting the franchise and starting from the beginning to re-tell the story of the 1984 Terminator movie with a modern day cast set in our time.

McG has gone to court hoping he could get 1st refusal on the next sequel, but thankfully the courts have told him he dosen't stand a chance, and all he can do is take up any issues with the bankrupt Halcyon company.

At least he cant rape and butcher another of my beloved 80s movies.
