I'm looking for an illness that is not only terminal but can be found in regular blood work. Preferably one that is (for the most part) symptomless until later.I am currently writing a story and I had planned on using cancer, but with some research I figured out that it didn't really fit the bill, so if someone would be so kind as to possibly name a few off that are a little closer to what I was looking for I would be quite grateful.
