Tensioner Mazda pickup?

I have a 1999 Mazda pickup. I'm trying to replace the alternator but I can't figure out how to loosen the tensioner. The tensioner has the word "LIFT" written on it. Also on the tensioner is an arrow and a line. I can't find a bolt to loosen.

My question is how do I loosen the tensioner?
