Hi,
I have a tennis elbow injury as well, had my cortisone injection four months ago, felt great right away and started using my arm without being careful......now the cortisone is gone and the pain is much worse. Please take it easy with any movements, do not heavy exercise your arm, do not lift things, pain is "asleep" for now but it is still there. Doctors do not want to give injections every few months, they say usually once a year is the way to go, so I have to suffer for many months to come.
I wish you well and hope your pain will go away for good.
